SEVEN TALENT collects information you choose to submit through this website, including talent applications, booking inquiries, contact forms, and private upload portals.

Talent applications may include your name, contact details, city, country, date of birth, social handles, portfolio links, talent categories, experience, measurements when relevant, written answers, and uploaded photos or media.

Brand booking inquiries may include company information, project timing, location, usage, deliverables, budget range, usage rights, model direction, production details, and other brief information.

Application details, photos, and media are used to review whether there may be a representation, development, casting, or booking fit. They may be reviewed by SEVEN TALENT team members involved in scouting, representation decisions, bookings, and applicant communication.

Submitting an application does not add you to the public roster and does not give SEVEN TALENT permission to publish your image publicly without additional permission or a separate representation or booking agreement.

Uploaded images and media are used for private review, internal notes, application follow-up, and potential booking or representation discussions. If SEVEN TALENT wants to use your image publicly, in a roster, in a pitch, or for a booking opportunity, additional permission, terms, or representation documentation may be required.

Applicants should only submit recent images they have the right to share. Do not submit confidential third-party work, unreleased campaign assets, or images you are not allowed to provide.

The SEVEN TALENT application form is intended for applicants who are 18 or older. Date of birth is collected to help confirm applicant eligibility for review.

Applications submitted by people who do not meet the eligibility requirement may be declined or deleted from the review process.

Information submitted by brands, agencies, producers, or creative teams is used to review the project, understand talent needs, assess timing and usage, coordinate availability, and respond with next steps.

Project details may be shared internally with team members involved in bookings and, where appropriate, with relevant talent or representatives for availability and fit review.

This site may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, form processing, analytics, and file uploads. Those providers process information as needed to operate the website and deliver the services requested.

No website or email system can guarantee perfect security. SEVEN TALENT uses reasonable operational care and limits access to submitted information to people and providers who need it for application review, bookings, or site operations.

SEVEN TALENT may retain application and inquiry records for as long as reasonably needed for review, follow-up, roster consideration, booking history, legal, security, or operational purposes.

To request an update or deletion of information you submitted, contact hello@seventalentmiami.com. We may need to retain limited records when required for legitimate business, legal, safety, or dispute-resolution reasons.
